REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Smoothie Collective
Thank you for shopping with Smoothie Collective. Because our products are made to order, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Smoothie Collective products are produced specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• incorrect size selection
• change of mind
• buyer’s remorse
• ordering the wrong item
Please review the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
• your order number
• photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• a brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement order.
3. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us.
If tracking confirms the package was lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement.
4. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility.
If this occurs, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
5. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
• the product arrives damaged
• the product received is incorrect
• the order cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are not required to return defective products unless requested.
If a return is required, Smoothie Collective will provide instructions.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
