Processing Time
All Smoothie Collective pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After your order is produced, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
Because our products are fulfilled through different facilities, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
